We buy exclusively fish coming from the Adriatic sea and Altura's fisherman boats.
We guarantee that our specialties have been carefully selected since the very first moment. The fish is bought directly from Altura's fisherman at the harbor. After the correct cleaning operation, we process the fish in order to lower the temperature up to 99% and preserve the freshness. Our menu constantly change depending on the catch of the day. We offer fresh and warm appetizers of marinated anchovies and mullets, moscardino salad, bomboletti, fish olives mixed with the cuttlefish ( a sort of fish-based “ascolane olives” ), and wonderful raw dishes, upon request.
